Hey everyone!! This week, I wanted to add a quick, but intense cardio challenge. All you need to do is grab a jump rope or even just a rope of some kind if you have it. If you don't, you can simply make the motion with your body and arms to still get the same results. Let's get your heart pumping and body moving!
Monday - Jump Rope - 1 minute
Tuesday- Jump Rope - 2 minutes
Wednesday - Jump Rope - 3 minutes
Thursday - Jump Rope - 4 minutes
Friday - Jump Rope - 5 minutes!!
