Monday - 50 jumping jacks
Tuesday - 75 jumping jacks
Wednesday - 100 jumping jacks
Thursday - 125 jumping jacks
Friday - As many as you can!!
Try to do them all at once, if you can. Also, feel free to take breaks and do 25 at a time. Do them when you wake up, on your lunch break, at the park with your kids, after dinner, or anytime you can squeeze them in. Enjoy the extra cardio burst each day!
