Pumpkins are everywhere right now in this wonderful fall season and I wanted to create a fun challenge and relate it to pumpkins.  So, here you go!!  Enjoy this fun workout!

P is for 15 Push-Ups

is for 15 Up and Down Squats

is for 20 Mountain Climbers

is for holding a 60 second Plank

K is for 60 seconds of Knee-Ups

is for 5 sets of Inchworms

is for 20 Narrow Stance Squats
