Here we go!  This week you need to decide how much you are going to challenge yourself to complete these sets of workouts.  I created 3 different levels depending on how much you want to do.  You can do different levels each day and work up to completing 4 sets of the workout.  I am going to start at Level 1 and go up a level each day and then do Level 3 to the end of the week.  Here's the challenge!! Straight Arm Plank Challenge
